Fourth Sunday of Lent

This Fourth Sunday of Lent, also called Laetare Sunday, reminds us that Christ is the Light of the World. In the Gospel, Jesus heals the man born blind, showing that He not only gives physical sight but also spiritual vision to those who believe in Him.

In the first reading, God reminds Samuel that people judge by appearances, but the Lord looks at the heart. Saint Paul also encourages us to live as children of the light, leaving behind darkness and walking in goodness, truth, and love.

During this Lenten season, let us ask the Lord to open our eyes and hearts so that we may see His presence more clearly and follow His light in our daily lives.
