The Feast of the Ascension of Jesus Christ

As we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord, we are reminded that although Jesus returned to the Father in glory, He remains with us through His love, His Word, and the Holy Spirit. May we continue Christ’s mission through faith, prayer, and service.

We congratulate the 31 children who received their First Holy Communion on May 16th. May Jesus in the Holy Eucharist always guide and bless them. Thank you to their teachers, Roman Flores and Maria, and to all the parents and families for their support and preparation.

We also congratulate all our graduates this year. A special blessing for graduates will be given at all Masses this weekend.

As we prepare for Pentecost Sunday, we invite everyone to continue praying the Novena to the Holy Spirit. Please remember to wear red on Pentecost Sunday as a sign of the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We also extend our prayers and best wishes to all those celebrating birthdays and anniversaries this week.

Al celebrar la Ascensión del Señor, recordamos que aunque Jesús regresó al Padre en la gloria, permanece con nosotros a través de su amor, su Palabra y el Espíritu Santo. Que continuemos la misión de Cristo con fe, oración y servicio.

Felicitamos a los 31 niños que recibieron su Primera Comunión el 16 de mayo. Que Jesús en la Sagrada Eucaristía siempre los guíe y bendiga. Gracias a sus maestros, Roman Flores y Maria, y a todos los padres y familias por su apoyo y preparación.

También felicitamos a todos nuestros graduados de este año. Se dará una bendición especial para los graduados en todas las Misas de este fin de semana.

Mientras nos preparamos para el Domingo de Pentecostés, invitamos a todos a continuar rezando la Novena al Espíritu Santo. Por favor recuerden vestir de rojo el Domingo de Pentecostés como signo de la presencia del Espíritu Santo.
